About approval of the Concept of the Information system in the field of protection of the child

Based on Item d) article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) the Concept of the Information system in the field of protection of the child, according to appendix No. 1;

2) General structure of the Information system in the field of protection of the child, according to appendix No. 2.

2. Providing legal, financial and organizational conditions for creation, administration, servicing and development of the Information system in the field of protection of the child is performed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection as its owner.

3. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection:

1) to provide creation of the Information system in the field of protection of the child;

2) before commissioning of information system to develop and submit for approval to the Government Regulations on the information resource created by the Information system in the field of protection of the child.
