Based on part (2-1) articles 37 of the Law No. 276/2016 on the principles of subsidizing of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 67-71, 93), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

B the Order of the Government No. 275/2022 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for distribution of means of National fund of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone for partial compensation of excises on the diesel fuel used by agricultural producers in 2022 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova., 2022, Art. No. 129-133, 329) to make the following changes:

To replace 1) in Item 2 of the Resolution of figure "200" with figures "320";

2) in the Provision:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. Excises on diesel fuel are compensated as follows:

1) in the amount of 100% of the quota established for 2022 or 2 980 lei on ton - for the microcompanies, the small and medium companies classified according to provisions of the Law No. 179/2016 on the small and medium companies;

2) in the amount of 30% of the quota established for 2022 or 894 leu on ton - for other categories of the companies which are not specified in the Law No. 179/2016 on the small and medium companies;

3) in the amount of 100% of the quota established for 2022 or 2 980 lei on ton - for the companies of the sector of livestock production.";

b) 2) of Item 3 after the words "for partial" to add the subitem with the words "or complete";

c) state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. Calculation of the amount of compensation for each beneficiary is made by intervention and payments Agency in the field of agricultural industry on the following formula:
