According to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 "About the approval of the Procedure for determination of damage and losses caused to Ukraine as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation" and to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, I ORDER to No. 326:
1. Approve the Technique of determination of damage and the losses caused to land fund of Ukraine owing to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation which is applied.
2. To provide to management of regulation of agrarian resources in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of functional obligations.
