About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

The subitem 1 of Item 5-2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"from all customer accounts of bank opened in national currency, in amount which exceeds in equivalent 12500 hryvnias for each seven calendar days;";

Item 12 after subitem 1-3 to add 2) with new subitem 1-4 of the following content:

"1-4) sales by bank to one physical person of non-cash foreign currency in amount which does not exceed in equivalent of 50000 hryvnias on calendar month, for placement in this bank of term deposit (deposit). The term of placement of the acquired means on the supplementary (deposit) bank account shall be at least three calendar months without the right of early agreement cancelation of bank deposit and return of such contribution (deposit) to the physical person before the expiration;";

Item 12-3 to exclude 3);

Item 13 to state 4) in the following edition:

"13. Establish and fix the official rate of hryvnia to US dollar at the level 36, of the 5686th hryvnia for one US dollar since 9:00 on July 21, 2022.";
