Regulations on Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. Public institution "Committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – Committee) performs management in the field of agro-industrial complex regarding protection and quarantine of plants, regulation of the grain market, seed farming, breeding livestock production.

2. The committee performs the activities according to the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, and also this Provision.

4) accomplishment of regulating, realizable and control functions in the field of regulation of the grain market;

5) accomplishment of realizable and control functions in the field of seed farming;

6) accomplishment of regulating, realizable and control functions in the field of agro-industrial complex;

7) accomplishment of realizable and control functions in the field of state-owned property.

14. Rights and obligations:

1) rights:

request and receive in the procedure established by the legislation from state bodies, the organizations, their officials necessary information and materials;

make explanations and comments on application of the current legislation on the questions entering competence of Committee;

perform advanced training and training of staff of Committee;

encourage workers, impose authority punishments, bring workers to financial responsibility in the cases and procedure provided by the Labor code and the legislation on public service;

participate in limits of competence of project development of regulatory legal acts and international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
