1. Approve changes which are made to the Agreement on interaction between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and joint-stock company "National welfare fund "Samruk-Kazyna", approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 14, 2012 No. 1599, according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
2. Sign the Supplementary agreement to the Agreement on interaction between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and joint-stock company "National welfare fund "Samruk-Kazyna" according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
