About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About information of personal nature"

Exceptions constitute cases when information have public character in cases of implementation of justice and execution of the court ruling, and also in the cases provided by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of electronic control, homeland security, counteraction to terrorism and corruption, operational search activities and other cases determined by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. From the moment of state registration of death of the subject of personal data person is given the status "dead". Personal data of the died subject are subject to archiving and storage.";
