According to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 17, 2021 No. 1201 "About modification of the inventory (including medicines, medical products and/or the medical equipment), the actions, necessary for accomplishment, directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of the transaction SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus on import of which to customs area of Ukraine and/or transaction on delivery of which on customs area of Ukraine are exempted from taxation on value added", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for confirmation of target use of the equipment for production of the vaccines and medicines necessary for implementation of the actions directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes, epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus which is applied.

2. To management of provision of medicines (Zadvornykh I. S.) provide submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. I reserve control of execution of this order.
