About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 19, 2002 No. 1183

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 19, 2002 No. 1183 "About measures for implementation of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the rights to plant varieties" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 34, Art. 1592; 2007, No. 72, Art. 2707; 2008, No. 28, Art. 890; 2011, No. 61, Art. 2439, No. 71, Art. 2673; 2021, No. 42, the Art. 2542) changes which are applied.

1. In the resolution:
1) in Item 1:
word in paragraph three of "the owner of plant variety" shall be replaced with words "the owner of the patent";
the fifth to exclude the paragraph;
2) in paragraph one of Item 3 of the word "The public veterinary and phytosanitary service" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food (further - Competent authority)".
2. To state the regulations on representatives concerning intellectual property on plant varieties approved by the specified resolution in the following edition:
"It is approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 19, 2002 No. 1183
