About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 89, Art. 2972; 2016, No. 12, Art. 503; 2017, No. 72, the Art. 2207), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

Subitem 13 to state 1) in the following edition:

"13) is provided by functioning of criminalistic accounting and accounting of tools of criminal offenses, other objects;";

The subitem 20 after words of "economic activity" to add 2) with the words "also exercises control of observance by subjects of managing of the corresponding licensed conditions";

3) to add Item with subitem 27-1 of the following content:

"27-1) provides functioning and development of single system of aviation safety and civil protection in activities of National police, Administration of State frontier service, GSChS and National guard;";

4) in subitem 30 of the word "police officers, the military personnel of National guard and" shall be replaced with words "government employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and GMS, police officers and government employees of National police, faces of the private and the commanding structure of service of civil protection and government employees of GSChS, military personnel and government employees of National guard and Administration of State frontier service,";
