About provision of the public assistance on the basis of the social contract

In pursuance of the National development program of the Kyrgyz Republic till 2026 approved by the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 12, 2021 No. 435, of the support of needy and needy families directed to creating favorable conditions, and their stimulation to active actions for overcoming difficult life situation by them, rendering assistance in realization of their labor potential, and also involvement of entrepreneurs in process of creation of additional workplaces or conditions for self-employment of needy and needy families according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on provision of the public assistance on the basis of the social contract (further - the Provision) according to appendix.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public welfare payments in the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 29, 2018 No. 307 the following changes:

1) in Regulations on procedure for the request for purpose of public welfare payments and the procedure for purpose of public welfare payments approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 39 with the subitem 3 following of content:

"3) to the needy families which received the public assistance on the basis of the social contract within the next 3 years from the date of the termination of 3 months from the date of the conclusion of the social contract (except for force majeure circumstances).";

2) in Regulations on procedure for determination of needs of citizens (families) in monthly allowance to the needing citizens (families) having children up to 16 years, - "uy-buly lump", approved by the above-stated resolution:
