1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 "About Traffic regulations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, Art. 1852; 2008, No. 52, Art. 1740; 2009, No. 11, Art. 321; 2013, No. 14, Art. 505; 2014, No. 80, Art. 2267; 2015, No. 88, Art. 2929; 2017, No. 27, Art. 778; 2018, No. 57, Art. 1995; 2020, No. 23, Art. 859, No. 93, Art. 3011; 2021, No. 19, the Art. 809, No. 58, the Art. 3602, No. 84, the Art. 5375) and of June 27, 2007 No. 879 "About measures for preserving highways public" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 48, Art. 1978; 2010, No. 68, Art. 2452; 2013, No. 76, the Art. 2824) changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective in the period of warlike situation and within year after its termination or cancellation.

1. In the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306:

1) in Item 1.10:

add Item after the paragraph of thirty third with new paragraphs of the following content:

"the permitted maximum demand on axis - the permissible load on vehicle axis specified in the subitem "v" of Item 22.5 of these rules;
