For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of customs authorities I decide:

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

2. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

the paragraph of the seventh of Item of 1 appendix - since July 20, 2022;

paragraphs the tenth or thirteenth Item of 1 appendix - since September 1, 2022;

Item 2 appendices - since July 25, 2022;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.

The changes made to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228 "About some questions of customs authorities":

state the name in the following edition:

"Questions of customs authorities";

in Item 2:

to exclude the word "enclosed" from paragraph one;

to add paragraphs of the second or sixth with the word "(is applied)";

the paragraph of the seventh of Item 1 - for office use;

in Regulations on the procedure and conditions of service in customs authorities approved by the Decree:

to add subitem 17.1 of Item 17 with the words "or ID card of the citizen of the Republic of Belarus";

Item 19 part two in paragraph three to replace the word "postgraduate" with the word "scientific oriented";
