1. Approve enclosed:

- The actions plan on rendering assistance to the ethnic Kyrgyz returning to the historical homeland, for 2006-2008.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 9, 2002 No. 217 "About approval of actions for support and the help to the ethnic Kyrgyz who returned to the historical homeland and living abroad".

3. To the ministries, state committees, administrative departments, local public administrations and local government bodies:

- provide accomplishment of the Actions plan on rendering assistance to the ethnic Kyrgyz returning to the historical homeland, for 2006-2008;

- annually by January 15 to provide information on the course of accomplishment of actions in the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on migration and employment for generalization and entering of the report into the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the relevant managements and departments of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
