Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

In Regulations on the reservation of lands for the state or municipal needs approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 22, 2008 No. 561 "About some questions connected with reservation of lands for the state or municipal needs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 30, Art. 3646; 2021, No. 8, Art. 1342):

a) to declare the subitem "g" of Item 5 invalid;

b) state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. The list of coordinates of characteristic points of borders of the territory on which the decision on reservation of lands for the state or municipal needs, in the system of coordinates used for maintaining the Single state real estate register with indication of error of determination of such coordinates is made is attached to the decision on reservation of lands.".
