About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

1) in Item 12:

state subitem 1-2 in the following edition:

"1-2) purchases clients - physical persons of foreign currency in cash form.

Authorized institutions perform transactions on sale to clients of foreign currency in cash form within the amount which is determined as the amount of two such components:

amount of excess of purchase of cash foreign currency over amount of its sale on all foreign currencies which is calculated, since April 13, 2022 and during the next operational/working days;

Physical persons have 50% of purchasing amount of non-cash foreign currency on all foreign currencies which is calculated, since April 13, 2022 and during the next operational/working days.

The amount of components is calculated in dollar equivalent which is estimated based on the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies established by the National Bank of Ukraine for date of such calculation;";

in subitem 2-1 of the word "nonresident banks" shall be replaced with words "foreign financial institutions";

The subitem 24 of Item 14 after the word "residents" to add 2) with words "(legal entities, physical persons - subjects of business activity)".
