About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

Item 3 to add 1) with the new subitem of the following content:

"6) from accounts which manager is the customs authority, for the purposes of return of the money accepted by customs authority on storage or withdrawn to their owner.";

Item 5 to add 2) with the new subitem of the following content:

Shall be replaced with words 3) in the subitem 5 of Item 12 of the word "only for further it" "including cases its further";

Item 14 to add 4) with the new subitem of the following content:
