1. Approve enclosed:
- The list of the military products permitted to transfer to foreign states.
2. To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, regional public administrations and city administration Bishkek, to the companies and the organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic when implementing transfer and export to foreign customers of military products to be guided by the Lists approved by this resolution.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Defence of the Kyrgyz Republic.
