Term of rendering the state service

from the moment of delivery of document package to the service provider, State corporation:

for registration of the birth of the child - 2 (two) working days;

modification, amendments in case of paternity proof or adoption (adoption) - 1 (one) working day;

modification, amendments and corrections in record of the act of civil status - 5 (five) working days;

in case of absence in IS the REGISTRY OFFICE of assembly record the term of rendering service is prolonged no more than for 15 (fifteen) calendar days, with the notification of uslugopoluchatel within 3 (three) calendar days (in case of prolongation of term of the consideration of the application which arrived through the State corporation result of rendering the state service goes the service provider to the State corporation);

when giving through the portal – the notification on confirmation of adoption of the statement within 1 (one) working day goes to personal account;

The most allowed time of expectation for delivery of document package - 20 (twenty) minutes.

1) the Certificate of birth, the repeated certificate of birth with the made changes, amendments and corrections;

The amount of the payment levied from uslugopoluchatel when rendering the state service and methods of its collection in cases, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. State registration of the birth appears free of charge

2. According to article 612 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" rates of the state fee for civil registration constitute (Tax code) (further – the Tax code):

1) for issue of certificates in connection with change, amendment, except for modification, amendment in connection with paternity proof and adoption (adoption), correction and recovery of civil registration – 0,5 MRP;

2) for modification, amendments in assembly record about state registration of the birth or for state registration of the birth in connection with change of personal data in case of adoption (adoption) by foreign citizens – 2 MRP.

3. According to article 618 of the Tax Code in case of civil registration are exempted from payment of the state fee in case of presentation of supporting documents:

1) the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, veterans equated on privileges to veterans of the Great Patriotic War and combat veterans in the territory of other states, persons awarded with awards and medals of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (further - USSR) for dedicated work and faultless military service in the back in days of the Great Patriotic War, the persons who worked (served) at least six months from June 22, 1941 to May 9, 1945 and are not awarded with awards and medals of the former USSR for dedicated work and faultless military service in the back in days of the Great Patriotic War, persons with disability, and also one of parents of person with disability since the childhood, the child with disability, guardians (custodians), the state organizations – for registration and issue of repeated certificates of birth;

2) physical persons – for issue of certificates to them in case of change, amendment, recovery and correction of civil registrations in connection with the mistakes allowed in case of civil registration;

3) physical persons – for issue of repeated certificates of birth in connection with adoption (adoption) and paternity proof.
