About organizational matters of the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of development of single migration policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Reorganize Department of external migration under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic by accession it to the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic with transfer of the functions assigned to it, the respective state, financial and material resources.
2. Form Representative office of the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation and to approve Regulations on it according to appendix 1.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to transfer to Representative office of the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation 11 units from among the established posts of technical and service personnel carried to diplomatic organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad with financial and material resources.
4. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 252 the following changes:
1) in Regulations on the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 6 with the paragraph the eighteenth the following content:
"-strengthening of interaction and ensuring cooperation between state bodies of the executive authority and compatriots abroad concerning cultural and social development.";
