About modification and amendments in the Instruction about procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration
According to the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:
1. Make changes and additions to the Instruction about procedure for filling of the cargo customs declaration approved by the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 29, 2016 No. 01-02/15-07 (рег. No. 2773 of April 6, 2016) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2016, No. 14, the Art. 133), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
3. The subitem "b" of Item 3, the subitem "v" of item 4 and the subitem "an" of Item 16 appendices to this resolution become effective after three months from the date of official publication of the resolution.
