About modification of the Instruction for creation of archive copies of information resources and procedure for their transfer on the state storage

According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About informatization", the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 20, 2019 No. UP-5834 "About Measures for Enhancement of Archiving and Clerical Work in the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 5, 2012 "About enhancement of archiving in the Republic of Uzbekistan" I order to No. 101:

1. Make changes to the Instruction for creation of archive copies of information resources and procedure for their transfer on the state storage approved by the order of the CEO of the Uzarkhiv Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 17, 2007 No. 18 (рег. No. 1703 of August 13, 2007) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, Art. No. 33-34, 350), according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
