1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 18, 2020 No. 1490 "About licensing of educational activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 39, Art. 6067; 2021, No. 31, the Art. 5930) and the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 28, 2021 No. 1270 "About modification of appendix to the Regulations on licensing of educational activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 31, the Art. 5930).

2. Determine that in case of change of names of the educational programs specified in the license for implementation of educational activities for the purpose of their reduction in compliance with the nomenclature of scientific specialties on which academic degrees are awarded of the science approved by the Ministry and the higher education of the Russian Federation, the new name of the educational program and the data confirming change of the name of the educational program are specified in the statement for renewal of the license for implementation of educational activities.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 10 days from the date of its official publication, except for paragraphs of the twenty seventh - the hundred first subitem "b" of Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since March 1, 2022.

4. Determine that Item 2 of this resolution is effective till March 1, 2022.
