1. Approve the enclosed Rules of preparation, approval and approval of engineering designs of development of mineral deposits, engineering designs of construction and operation of underground constructions, engineering designs of liquidation and preservation of the excavations, boreholes and other constructions connected with use of natural resources by types of minerals and types of use of natural resources.

2. Recognize invalid acts and separate provisions of acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. Engineering designs and other project documentation on performance of works, the connected with use of natural resources, engineering designs of development of mineral deposits, engineering designs of construction and operation of underground constructions, the engineering designs of liquidation and preservation of the excavations, boreholes and other constructions connected with use of natural resources, approved and approved by the subsoil user before entry into force of the Federal Law of July 14, 2022 No. 343-FZ "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Russian Federation "About subsoil" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" and use of waste of mining and the related processing industries, including the overburden and containing rocks providing according to the Law of the Russian Federation "About subsoil" and the license to use subsoil, if such engineering designs and other project documentation contain the technical and technology solutions corresponding to Item 9 of the Rules approved by this resolution are effective before the termination of term of their action and their reduction in compliance with the requirements to structure, content, structure, registration and the name of the project documentation established according to the Rules approved by this resolution is not required.

5. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022.
