1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 7, 2020 No. 1616 "About licensing of activities for transportations of passengers and other persons by buses" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 42, the Art. 6582).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022, except for subitems "f" and "ts" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective from the date of official publication of this resolution.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 7, 2020 No. 1616

1. In Item 3 of the word "January 1, 2027." shall be replaced with words "on September 1, 2026".

2. In Regulations on the licensing of activities for transportations of passengers and other persons by buses approved by the specified resolution:

a) in Item 3 of the word", the specialized passenger vehicle and its chassis" to exclude;

b) in item 4:

state paragraph two in the following edition:

"The licensed activities can be performed by foreign legal entities.";
