About recognition voided technical regulatory legal acts

Based on paragraph two of part one of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 23, 2008 No. 356-Z "About labor protection", subitem 4.33 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2007 No. 89 "About approval of Rules on labor protection in case of production of livestock production";

the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2008 No. 14 "About approval of Rules on labor protection in case of repair, maintenance and statement on storage of farm vehicles, aggregates and the equipment";

the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of April 15, 2008 No. 36 "About approval of Rules on labor protection in case of production and postharvest processing of products of crop production";

the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of January 23, 2009 No. 5 "About approval of Rules on labor protection in case of storage, transportation and application of remedies of plants in agricultural industry";

the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of May 20, 2009 No. 31 "About approval of Rules on labor protection in veterinary laboratories";

the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of January 18, 2011 No. 2 "About approval of Rules on labor protection in case of work on cultivation, cleaning and preparation of flax for conversion";
