2. Declare invalid the Regulations on procedure for provision of compensation in case of payment for electrical energy for needy families and citizens with comprehensive income to 350 som on 1 person approved by the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Kyrgyz Republic on May 10, 2002, and registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic of 10.06.2002 for No. 83-02.

3. Payment procedure of monetary compensations on payment of housing and communal services and energy carriers

1. General provisions

1.1. This procedure No. 535 "About payment of monetary compensations on payment of housing and communal services and energy carriers" is developed for the purpose of implementation of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 24, 2006.

1.2. Monetary compensations on payment of housing and communal services and energy carriers (further in the text of compensation) is the new type of privileges provided in terms of money to persons having the right to 50 and 100% of privilege on payment of housing and communal services and energy carriers.

1.2.1. Compensation is not paid to persons having the right on 25, of 30 and 40% preferential discounts in case of payment of electrical, heat energy and natural gas. For this category of exempts the non-cash form of provision of privileges by the declarative principle remains.

1.3. Compensation is appointed at the request of the exempt based on its personal written application provided in district, city managements of social protection.
