About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 18, 2011 No. 1553

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 18, 2011 No. 1553 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 361" the following changes:

1.1. in Item 1:

to exclude the word "enclosed" from paragraph one;

paragraphs two and third to add with the word "(is applied)";

1.2. in Regulations on the approval procedure of standard rates of expense of resources in kind approved by this resolution:

from Item 1 of the word" (2011, No. 93, 1/12766)" to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus;

in Item 5:

to exclude from part one of the word "and Ministry of Economics";

after part one to add Item with parts of the following content:

"The staff of the commission affirms the order of the Ministry of Architecture.

The commission is headed by the chairman – the deputy minister of architecture and construction.

Commission sessions are held monthly.

Members of the commission have no right to delegate the powers to other persons. If the member of the commission has no opportunity to be present at meeting, he can submit in writing to the commission chairman opinion on cases in point.

The commission chairman determines time and the venue of commission session, and also the list of the questions which are subject to consideration.

The commission is competent to make decisions in the presence at meeting more than a half of her members by a simple majority vote from number of the members who are present at meeting by open voting. In case of equality of votes the voice of the commission chairman is decisive.

Decisions of the commission are drawn up by protocols which are signed by all members of the commission participating in its meeting and are brought to the attention of all interested.
