Based on part two of Item 1 and part one of Item 5 of article 79 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about architectural, town-planning and construction activities the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations on approval procedure of standard rates of expense of resources (are in kind applied);

The regulations on procedure for forming of the constant contract (contractual) price of accomplishment construction, special, mounting, commissioning (are applied).

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 10.11.2014 No. 1061

3. To the Ministry of Architecture to establish procedure for determination of estimated cost of construction, commissioning and creation of estimate documentation based on standard rates of expense of resources in kind and (or) the enlarged standard rates of construction cost of the unit area (amount, capacity) object, the cost of objects analogs.

4. To explain to the Ministry of Architecture within the competence questions of application of this resolution.

5. To republican state bodies to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.

6. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2012, except for Items 3-5, which are becoming effective after official publication of this resolution.
