RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2018 No. 142

Based on paragraph two of subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2015 "About assistance of employment of the population" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 3

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 22, 2018 No. 142 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for reference of the territories to the territories with intense situation in the labor market and entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2017 No. 1053" the following changes:

1.1. state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve Regulations on procedure for reference of the territories to the territories with intense situation in the labor market it (is applied).";

1.2. in Regulations on procedure for reference of the territories to the territories with intense situation in the labor market approved by this resolution:

the fourth item 4 to state part in the following edition:

"Sequence numbers of measure values, the specified in paragraphs seven and the eighth Item 2 this provision, are in inverse relation from their sizes: the more their sizes, the smaller sequence numbers are assigned to them.";

add the Provision with Item of 51 following contents:

"51. Basic indicator is the general indicator specified in Item 5 of this provision, on the republic in general, the developed in nine months 2018, equal 15,6.";

in Item 6 of the word "general indicator on the republic in general" shall be replaced with words "the basic indicator specified in Item of 51 this provision";

in Item 7 of the word "general indicator on the republic in general" shall be replaced with words "the basic indicator specified in Item of 51 this provision".
