About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In recent years considerable work on financing of expenses on cultivation of agricultural products, the state support of the sphere of fruit-and-vegetable growing and industries of livestock production, and also further development of system of cluster and cooperation in agricultural industry is carried out.

Along with it proceeding from the reforms performed in this direction there is need of further enhancement of regulations of acts of the legislation in the field of control of financing of expenses on cultivation of agricultural products, ensuring equality and transparency in land relations, and also program implementation of development of social and production infrastructure.

According to resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 10, 2021 No. PP-2 "About measures for enhancement of system of financing of expenses on cultivation and collection of cotton raw", of December 10, 2021 No. PP-43 "About additional measures for strengthening of control of program implementation of development of social and production infrastructure of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other state programs", and also of December 15, 2021 No. PP-52 "About measures for the state support of the sphere of fruit-and-vegetable growing, further development of system of cluster and cooperation in industry":

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing:

entering of the corresponding amendments into acts of the legislation in the field of control of efficiency of use of the parcels of land of farms, financings of expenses on cultivation of cotton raw, wheat and fruit and vegetable products, the state support of industries of livestock production in connection with enhancement of this system;

enhancement of mechanisms of control of program implementation of development of social and production infrastructure of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other state programs;
