About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry No. 140/2008

considering that after reissuing of the Law No. 278/2007 on control over tobacco, structural elements of this regulation received new numbering;
as the Agro-industrial agency "Moldova-Tutun" was liquidated, with transfer of function of control in the field of production and realization of tobacco and tobacco products of the Main inspectorate for phytosanitary supervision and seed control by the Order of the Government No. 1402/2008 about creation of the Main inspectorate for phytosanitary supervision and seed control (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 221-222, the Art. 1410);
in view of the fact that the Main inspectorate for phytosanitary supervision and seed control was reorganized by merge into the National agency on safety of foodstuff based on the Order of the Government No. 51/2013 about the organization and activities of the National agency for safety of foodstuff (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 15-17, by the Art. 89);
