1. Approve Regulations on procedure for determination of the need for socially important medicines and products of medical appointment according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
together with the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the statistics in a month to develop and approve form of the statistic report on movement of socially important medicines and products of medical appointment in drugstores;
to carry out to three-months time in the form of experiment implementation of electronic system of movement of socially important medicines and products of medical appointment in drugstores, with determination of the respective regions.
3. Determine that drugstores since January 1, 2018 quarterly submit reports on movement of socially important medicines and products of medical appointment in the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
