About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of enhancement of the relations on alienation of vehicles I decide:
1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).
2. In six-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
3. Operation of this Decree does not extend to the relations within the agreements on alienation of motorized vehicles, trail cars signed before its entry into force to them or self-propelled machines.
4. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 2 and this Item - after official publication of this Decree;
other provisions of this Decree - in six months after its official publication.
