shall contain the data established by part one of Item 5 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About bases of ministerial procedures", and also the information about person for whom limits of free customs zone are determined (further – STZ): accounting number of the payer, the full and abbreviated name, information on activities which are supposed to be performed within STZ data on the goods assumed to production (obtaining) according to the investment project and (or) the real estate objects planned to construction (if limits of STZ are determined for resident free (special, special) economic zones (further – SEZ)

in writing:
during acceptance of the interested person;
courier (courier);
by mail

the copy of the certificate on state registration of the legal entity for whom STZ limits are determined

the copy of the registration certificate as resident of SEZ (in case of determination of limits of STZ for resident of SEZ)

copies of the documents confirming the property right, economic maintaining, operational management, other legal cause of ownership and (or) use at person for whom STZ limits are determined on capital structures (buildings, constructions), parts of capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms in capital structures (buildings, constructions), the territories which join in STZ limits (purchase and sale agreements, leases, free use, other documents)

the plan scheme of the general territory of SEZ and the location of person for which limits of STZ in which borders of the territory STZ limits are determined are determined

shall be represented in 2 copies;
affirm person for whom STZ limits are determined;
shall contain:
the place for putting down of signature stamp of approval by administration of SEZ or other legal entity authorized according to legal acts to set limits of free customs zones (further – the authorized person);
specifying of borders of the general territory of SEZ (vykopirovka from the general scheme of the territory);
the location of person for which limits of STZ in which borders of the territory STZ limits are determined are determined

plan scheme of floor and (or) other spaces of resident of SEZ

it shall be represented in 2 copies;
affirms person for whom STZ limits are determined;
shall contain:
the place for putting down of signature stamp of approval of SEZ by administration or the authorized person;
binding to the area with indication of the location of resident of SEZ and adjacent streets

the plan scheme of capital structures (buildings, constructions), complex of capital structures (buildings, constructions), the equipped territories (in case of their availability) which join in STZ limits (if limits of STZ join the whole capital structure (the building, construction), complex of capital structures (buildings, constructions)

it shall be represented in 2 copies;
affirms person for whom STZ limits are determined;
shall contain:
the place for putting down of signature stamp of approval of SEZ by administration or the authorized person;
designation of places of entrance and departure in STZ;
specifying of total area of STZ, the areas of capital structures (buildings, constructions), complex of capital structures (buildings of constructions), the equipped territory (in case of its availability), their functional purpose

the plan scheme of parts of capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, their parts (if limits of STZ join parts of capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, their parts)

it shall be represented in 2 copies;
the plan scheme affirms person for whom STZ limits are determined;
shall contain:
the place for putting down of signature stamp of approval of SEZ by administration or the authorized person;
specifying of the floor, the equipped territories (in case of their availability) which join in STZ limits;
designation of places of entrance and departure in STZ;
specifying of total area of STZ, the areas of each part of capital structures (buildings, constructions) everyone of the isolated room, each its part, the equipped territory (in case of its availability), their functional purpose

the plan scheme of the equipped territory (if in the equipped territory included in STZ limits there are no capital structures (buildings, constructions), their parts, the isolated rooms, their parts)

it shall be represented in 2 copies;
affirms person for whom STZ limits are determined;
shall contain:
the place for putting down of signature stamp of approval of SEZ by administration or the authorized person;
designation of places of entrance and departure in STZ;
specifying of total area of STZ

the plan scheme of specially allocated territory of capital structures (buildings, constructions), their parts, the isolated rooms, their parts (if limits of STZ join specially allocated territory of capital structures (buildings, constructions), their parts, the isolated rooms, their parts)

it shall be represented in 2 copies;
affirms person for whom STZ limits are determined;
shall contain:
the place for putting down of signature stamp of approval of SEZ by administration or the authorized person;
specifying of total area of STZ

the consent of the owner of STZ in the territory of which STZ limits of such STZ for resident of SEZ are determined (in case of determination of limits of STZ for resident of SEZ in the territory of STZ determined for the owner of STZ)

in the form of the letter signed by the head of the owner of STZ

confirmation of absence in the abolished STZ of goods:
STZ placed under customs procedure by the owner of the abolished STZ;
STZ placed under customs procedure by other persons who can act as customs applicants of the goods placed under customs procedure of STZ;
made (received) of the goods placed under customs procedure of STZ by the owner of the abolished STZ and (or) of the goods placed under customs procedure of STZ by other persons who can act as customs applicants of the goods placed under customs procedure of STZ (in case of determination for other owner of STZ of limits of the territory of STZ which structure includes the abolished STZ, before the expiration determined in part three of Item 10 of article 147 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus")

in the form of the letter signed by the head of other owner of STZ
