About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of features of functioning of the monetary and currency markets in the conditions of the warlike situation Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 18 "About work of bank system during introduction of warlike situation" (with changes) the following changes:

The resolution after Item 2 to add 1) with new Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Banks are considered as the authorized banks involved (making of transactions) in the conditions of the special period.";

Item 12 to add 2) with the new subitem of the following content:

"14) purchases of foreign currency by subjects of managing - residents (legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs) for the purpose of providing expenses on business trips of workers abroad only for payment of daily issues in the amount of, not exceeding 80 euros (in equivalent which is calculated based on the official rate of hryvnia to foreign currencies established by the National Bank of Ukraine for transaction date), expenses on accommodation and transportation expenses (with documentary confirmation of calculation of the specified expenses as like as two peas) for transfer on the current account in foreign currency of this subject of managing on which transactions are performed with use of corporate (business) electronic means of payment.";

Items 12-2, 12-4 to state 3) in the following edition:

"12-2. Authorized institutions perform purchase and sale of cash foreign currency on the rate established by authorized institution.";
