Payment procedure advertisers in the government budget of penalties for violation of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About advertizing" concerning advertizing of services in employment

1. This Procedure determines payment procedure by advertisers in the government budget of penalties for violation of requirements of article 24-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About advertizing" (further - the Law) concerning advertizing of services in employment.

2. The penalty is paid based on the administrative document (the order, the resolution) Gostruda about imposing of penalties for violation of requirements of article 24-1 of the Law on advertizing of services in employment accepted based on the inspection statement (further - the administrative document).

3. Advertisers pay penalty to the government budget in the place of their state registration as legal entities or physical persons - entrepreneurs into the accounts opened in bodies of Treasury.

4. The penalty is paid to 15-day time from the date of delivery or obtaining by mail (registered mail) of the administrative document.
