About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 3.13.3 "Receipt of the conclusion about approval of the specification on system design of protection, the main technical solutions on system of protection" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 3.14.6 "Receipt of the conclusion about approval of the project documentation on technical system of protection" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 17.2.1 "Receipt of the license for implementation of security activities" (are attached);
