About obligatory medical re-examination of drivers of motorized vehicles, self-propelled machines

Based on part ten of Article 23 and the paragraph of the seventh of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 "About traffic" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 313-Z

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for the direction of drivers of motorized vehicles, self-propelled machines on obligatory medical re-examination it (is applied).

2. Determine that:

2.1. the notification of the driver of the motorized vehicle, the self-propelled machine (further, unless otherwise specified, – the driver) about decision making by the medical driver's commission about the availability of disease or contraindication interfering control of motorized vehicles, self-propelled machines (further – the decision), is performed by the medical driver's commission by results of medical re-examination by delivery to the driver of the conclusion personally under list in day of decision making;

2.2. in case of impossibility of confirmation by the driver for health reasons of receipt of the conclusion personally under list, and also refusal of its obtaining the conclusion is subject to the oral announcement to the driver in day of decision making;

2.3. in case of impossibility of the oral announcement of the conclusion or its delivery to the driver personally under list the conclusion within five calendar days from the date of decision making goes to the driver the registered mail with the notification;

2.4. the fact of delivery, the oral announcement (with indication of the reason of the oral announcement) or the directions to the driver of the conclusion is fixed in the act of the medical driver's commission.

3. The driver is considered notified on the made decision:

from the date of delivery or oral announcement to it conclusions;
