According to the paragraph to third Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 12, 2022 No. 12 "About introduction of certification of employees of divisions of internal audit and introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 28, 2011 No. 1001", item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I order:
1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out certification of employees of divisions of internal audit which is applied.
2. To provide to department of harmonization of the state internal financial control:
submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
implementation of organizational actions for carrying out since January 01, 2023 certification of employees of divisions of internal audit;
promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
