About approval of regulations of ministerial procedure

Based on part one of Item 5 of Article 3, of the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures" and paragraph two of Item 16 of the Charter of National academy of Sciences of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2003 No. 56, National academy of Sciences of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 1.3.7 "Receipt of the conclusion about purpose of the equipment, devices, materials and components for the purposes of release them from taxation by import customs duties and the value added tax" it (is applied).

* For the purposes of this resolution the subitem is understood as the subitem of Item of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
