About determination of the types of goods placed under customs procedure of re-export which for their transportation (transportation) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union are not located under customs procedure of customs transit, and modification of Item 18 of the Procedure for filling of the declaration on goods

According to Item 5 of Article 105 and the subitem 3 of Item 1 of Article 240 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Determine that for transportation (transportation) on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union the following goods placed under customs procedure of re-export are not located under customs procedure of customs transit:

a) the goods received (formed) as a result of transactions on conversion on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union (conversion products, waste and remaining balance) (except for goods which are excisable according to the legislation of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union in which these goods are placed under customs procedure of re-export);

b) the multireusable (returnable) tare intended for packaging and protection of goods.

2. Bring in Item 18 of the Procedure for the filling of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 No. 257, of change according to appendix.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
