Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 31, 2015 No. 1532 "About approval of Rules of provision of the documents directed or provided according to parts 1, 3 - 13, 15, 15.1, 15.2 of article 32 of the Federal law "About State Registration of the Real Estate" in the federal executive body (its territorial authorities) authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation on implementation of the state cadastral registration, state registration of the rights, maintaining the Single state real estate register and provision of the data containing in the Single state real estate register" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 2, Art. 405; No. 50, Art. 7104; No. 52, Art. 7661; 2018, No. 33, Art. 5418; 2019, No. 28, Art. 3788; 2020, No. 7, Art. 845).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for the subitem "d" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since January 1, 2023, and the subitem "zh" of Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since February 1, 2022.
