About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine

Make change to item 4 of the Regulations on the State inspection of the nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 363 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 69, of the Art. 1925), having added with its subitem 14-1 of the following content:
"14-1) in case of application to licensees of special economic and other rationing measures according to Item 6 parts one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions" cancel or suspends licenses for activities in the field of use of nuclear energy;".
