Bring in the Procedure for carrying out tender by determination of programs (projects, actions) developed by institutes of civil society for which accomplishment (realization) the financial support, No. 1049 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 12, 2011 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, is provided 2011, to No. 79, by Art. 2917; 2021, No. 64, the Art. 4021), change which is applied.

Change which is made to the Procedure for carrying out tender by determination of the programs (projects, actions) developed by institutes of civil society for which accomplishment (realization) the financial support is provided

"32. For introduction of military condition in Ukraine or in its certain areas and within nine months after its termination or cancellation such procedure of the organization and carrying out tender is established.

The organizer of tender announces competition within 30 calendar days after approval of the government (local) budget for the corresponding budget period. At the same time the term of acceptance of competitive offers shall not constitute less than 20 days from the date of the announcement of carrying out tender.

Priority tasks shall be directed to the problem resolution, urgent during warlike situation. The organizer of tender can determine limited quantity of priority tasks.
