In the order of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 27, 2015 No. 28 "About approval of the Regulations on Department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Mangystau Region" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11022, No. 114 published on May 22, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let, in the newspapers "Egemen Kazakstan" of June 19, 2015 (28592) and "The Kazakhstan truth" of June 20, 2015 No. 115 (27991):

in Regulations on the Department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Mangystau Region approved by the specified order:

in Item 5:

1) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) Management on the city of Zhanaozen and Karakiyansky district. Servicing zone – the city of Zhanaozen and Karakiyansky district;";

4) to exclude the subitem.

2. To department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Mangystau Region:

1) to inform Department of justice of Mangystau Region on the made changes specified in Item 1 of this order in a month;

2) in two-month time to inform Legal department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the action provided in the subitem 1) of this Item.

3. To provide to personnel department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
