ORDER OF THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEE OF THE HOMELAND SECURITY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About approval of the Regulations on Department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Mangystau Region

According to the subitem 3) of Item 19 of the Regulations on Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 1, 1996 No. 2922, I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Mangystau Region.

2. Repeal the order of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 16, 1999 No. 114 "About approval of the Regulations on Department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Mangystau Region".

3. To provide to department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Mangystau Region in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in Department of justice of Mangystau Region;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in Department of justice of Mangystau Region submission to Legal department of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publishing.
