About approval of the list of the services which are of general economic interest

According to the paragraph third Item "About government assistance to subjects of managing" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 2 parts two of article 3 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve the list of the services which are of general economic interest which is applied.

2. To the ministries, other central executive bodies and collegiate organs to carry out within powers the analysis of the markets in which the services constituting general economic interest are provided and in case of origin/loss of need for rendering such services, and also term of accomplishment of special obligations by subjects of managing to provide timely representation to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of drafts of decisions on entering of corresponding changes into the list of the services which are of general economic interest.

1. Services in the field of functioning of the market of electrical energy:

services in accomplishment of functions of the supplier of universal services;

services in accomplishment of functions of the supplier of "the last hope";

services in ensuring development of the generating capacities;

services in ensuring increase in share of production of electricity from alternative energy sources;

services in increase in efficiency of the combined production of electrical and heat energy;

purchase of the electrical energy made on power generation facilities from alternative energy sources (and with hydraulic power use - made only by micro, mini-and small hydroelectric power stations), on the "green" rate established by it taking into account the allowance to it;
