The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of environment protection and natural resources on realization during the period from September 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023 of the pilot project on statement on the state accounting (removal from accounting and adjustment of data on object) of objects which exert or can exert adverse effect on human health and condition of atmospheric air, types and amounts of the pollutants which are thrown out in atmospheric air, electronically (further - the pilot project).

2. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on statement or can exert adverse effect on human health and condition of atmospheric air, types on the state accounting (removal from accounting and adjustment of data on object) of objects which exert and amounts of the pollutants which are thrown out in atmospheric air, electronically;
