About modification of the Regulations on the State inspection of energy supervision of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Regulations on the State inspection of energy supervision of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 14, 2018 No. 77 "Some questions of the State inspection of energy supervision of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2018, No. 18, Art. 610; 2021, No. 80, the Art. 5057), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the State inspection of energy supervision of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

Subitem 3 to add 1) with paragraphs of the following content:

"in work of the commissions on confirmation of readiness of subjects of power industry for work during the autumn and winter period, the periods (seasons) of special weather conditions (the storm period (season), the periods of high and low temperatures, ice drift, flood and others);

in work of other commissions (under approval);";

Subitem 4 to state 2) in the following edition:

"4) the Ministry of Energy gives results of checks of implementation by participants of the market of reconstruction and upgrade of the energy equipment of power plants;";

3) to add Item with subitem 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1) NKREKP provides conclusions about priority of technical solutions for development of the systems of distribution provided by projects of investing programs of operators of systems of distribution;".
